W. Henson Moore is President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Forest & Paper Association, a post he has held since 1995. Mr. Moore served as Deputy Secretary of Energy from 1989 to 1992, and in 1992 became Deputy Chief of Staff for President George Bush. A Member of Congress from 1975 to 1987, he represented the Sixth Congressional District of Louisiana. Mr. Moore serves on the advisory boards of E-lecTrade.com and Small Business Resources. He is on the board of directors of the American Council for Capital Formation.
