BETHESDA, Md., May 04, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --USEC Inc. (NYSE:USU) announced today that Marisa Vilardo has been promoted to Director of Sales. In this role, Vilardo will be responsible for managing USEC's sales initiatives as well as maintaining customer relationships. She reports to John Donelson, USEC's vice president of marketing and sales.

Vilardo joined USEC in 2002 as nuclear fuel market analyst. Prior to becoming director of sales, she had served in the positions of sales associate, sales executive and sales manager. Vilardo was a fellow of the World Nuclear University in 2008. She received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, both from Ohio University.
