James R. Mellor, USEC Inc. Board Chairman, served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Dynamics Corporation from 1994 to 1997 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1993 to 1994. He was previously General Dynamics President and Chief Operating Officer. He is also on the Boards of Directors of Bergen Brunswig Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation, General Dynamics Corporation, and Net 2 Phone Corporation.

James D. Woods is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of CONEMSCO, a distributor of oilfield equipment and supplies in North America. Prior to joining CONEMSCO in 1997, Mr. Woods was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes, Inc., a leader in oilfield services, a position he had held since 1989. Mr. Woods's career at Baker Hughes and its predecessor, Baker International, spanned 41 years. He serves on the board of directors of Kroger Corporation, Varco International, Inc., Wynn's International, Inc., Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and OMI Corporation.
